At the time of writing the movie has a resounding 2.2 score and it justly deserves it. Synopsis: the "Problem Child", Junior, fancies a girl, beats (literally) three rivals only to find that the girl was not worth the fight.
I'm sorry to say, but the movie contains no single shred of humor [1], the story is bad and the acting is wooden. I don't think the focus group of the movie (6-9 years old) might like it, and it's simply not to be recommended.
[1] Unless you think hanging someone to the ceiling ventilator by their braces is funny. Or hitting someone with a tree on their head.

This movie was terrible! The first and second Problem Childs were OK, but this one was just unbelieveable. There was no plot whatsoever--the only good part about it was Gilbert Gottfried. Ok, so Juniors driving in his car after paralyzing his teacher, and his dad says "There's been a lot of accidents lately," and he says "It's that time of year" and gives that retarted chuckle?!! How dumb is that?! Or when he uses a chainsaw to cut a tree and make it fall on Scoutmaster Phlim and push him into the ground--I laughed my head off on how stupid and un-funny that looked. The makers of this movie obviously took no time into making the script of this make sense--It's unbelievable.
No no no. It just doesn't work without the original characters. Avoid.
I agree the originals were the best Problem Child and Problem Child 2 with Michael Oliver and John Ritter. After hearing about Problem Child 3. I thought they were going to bring Michael Oliver and John Ritter back together again after he got married in Problem Child 2. Well, after watching Problem 3 with William Katt and Justin Chapman I thought this one was funny and not too bad. Justin Chapman did good as well playing the Junior character and it had a good cast as well and some hilarious scenes.
I love the Problem Child series and all three of them has brought laughs. The problem series are great classic and funny childhood family films. Michael Oliver and Justin Chapman did awesome playing the Junior character. I recommend Problem Child to all families.

I didn't think the movie industry would have to sink that low but it did. The only difference with this movie is that people actually know it is a bad movie. I just don't understand society when they can make a movie like this that has such little caliber. The acting is lack for a better word: atrocious. I think even saying it is atrocious is being nice. Junior is now growing up and now hitting puberty is even worse. God, couldn't they have at least came up with a more intriguing plot than the others. I could hear them talking in about this movie's plot. "Instead of having Ben find a woman lets put Junior at puberty and have him try to find a girl but also have Ben still try to find a girl! What a twist to the series, I am a genius!" Nice try, but i don't buy a love plot with a 10 year old.

- TriviaThe name Corky McClullen, the famous child actor in the movie, is a tongue-in-cheek parody of Macaulay Culkin, who was the highest paid child actor at the time this movie was being made.
- GoofsEven though Junior threw away his polka-dot bow-tie in the final scene of the first film, he is wearing it again in almost every scene.
