old gold frame

"fin de siecle" atmosphere. love story and sentimental choices. a drama who preserves the spirit of lost period by a great director. it is not easy to define. first - for seduction of Mitteleuropa flavor. than for decent acting and for impression of a romanticism who has charm of old gems. spirit of a time, reflected in precise-delicate manner. that is the basic ingredient of this film. splendid images, drops from The Lady of the Camillas, fragile balance between nuances, beautiful cinematography and a kind of magic of old gold frame. film of memories, it is seductive and strange in same measure. a movie by Radu Gabrea. who reflects more a state of soul than colors of a novel.
