In this guide we’ll explain where you can find the Narnia Easter Egg so you can find a wonderful secret within Atomfall that can help you find some hidden loot.
The Lion, the Witch, and the easter egg
Due to Atomfall being set in the United Kingdom, it would make sense for Rebellion, the developers behind Atomfall, to weave in nods to popular British literacy and other media to show its appreciation for these different stories that have been weaved throughout the years.
One of these stories that Rebellion has provided a small nod to is The Chronicles of Narnia from C.S. Lewis, or, to be more specific, the book The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

James Bond Star Daniel Craig To Be Cast On Netflix’s Chronicles of Narnia Reboot? (Photo Credit – Instagram)
C.S. Lewis’s The Chronicles of Narnia has been a cornerstone of fantasy literature since the first book, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, was published in 1950. The seven-book series, filled with adventure, magic, and emotional themes, has been loved by generations of readers. Lewis’s vision of Narnia, a land ruled by the majestic lion Aslan, has remained one of the most beloved fictional worlds in literary history. Now, Netflix is set to revive The Chronicles of Narnia with a fresh cinematic universe, and speculation is running wild about the cast, including the possible addition of Daniel Craig.
Over the years, The Chronicles of Narnia has seen multiple adaptations, the most notable being the early 2000s film series produced by Walden Media. The 2005 film The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe became a massive hit,...

Netflix first announced plans to re-adapt C.S. Lewis' beloved tales from The Chronicles of Narnia back in 2018, and in 2022, we found out that none other than Greta Gerwig (Barbie) was set to direct at least two Narnia movies for the streaming service.
Development has been a slow process, but we finally have our first major piece of casting news, and it's likely to be met with a mixed response.
According to Deadline, pop singer Charli Xcx has entered talks for a key role in the new saga, and the trade believes she will play - providing a deal is struck - the villainous Jadis, aka the White Witch.
Apparently, the Grammy winner - who has just been announced as co-headliner of Saturday’s portion of this year’s Glastonbury Festival alongside the legendary Neil Young - is "among the top choices" to play the character, but nothing is set...

Greta Gerwig hasn't even begun shooting her new take on C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia, but Netflix already views the film as the start of its next big franchise. As well as being one of the few Netflix original movies that has been granted an IMAX release, Gerwig's Narnia could begin Netflix's longest running film franchise so far. The past adaptation of Narnia, titled The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe was granted two sequels by Disney (Prince Caspian and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader), and managed to adapt three of the seven Chronicles of Narnia novels written by Lewis. But, Netflix apparently wants to take things much further than that.
Per a new report from Deadline, IMAX CEO, Rich Gerlfond has revealed that Netflix wants to stretch its new Chronicles of Narnia movie into an eight-film franchise. Gerlfond dropped the bombshell during IMAX's earning call, and...

Note: Potential spoilers for Netflix's upcoming "Chronicles of Narnia" adaptation ahead!
When Netflix bought the rights to "The Chronicles of Narnia," then-Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos said, "C.S. Lewis' beloved 'Chronicles of Narnia' stories have resonated with generations of readers around the world. Families have fallen in love with characters like Aslan and the entire world of Narnia, and we're thrilled to be their home for years to come." That was in October of 2019. Since then, the world has gone through a pandemic, and Sarandos was promoted to Netflix's co-ceo. The company has also signed an inspired (but also terrified) Greta Gerwig to helm its first "Narnia" adaptation and will release the film in IMAX theaters globally on Thanksgiving 2026 (something Gerwig butted heads with Netflix over for a while).
It may sound like a lot of activity, and having Gerwig on board is definitely a big deal. But really,...

Greta Gerwig fans jumped for joy when Netflix granted the new Narnia adaptation a limited IMAX release, before the film arrives on the streamer in 2026. But, according to Netflix's CEO, Ted Sarandos, subscribers shouldn't get used to it. After Gerwig's new take on C.S. Lewis' beloved series of fantasy books was announced, the director went toe-to-toe with Netflix, asking for the movie to receive a theatrical release. The streamer permitted it, with the new Narnia adaptation releasing in 1,000 IMAX theaters before hitting Netflix. However, other Netflix original movies won't be so lucky.
During Netflix's quarterly company call (via Deadline), Ted Sarandos revealed that Narnia's IMAX release will be the exception, not the new rule, for the company's general release strategy for new movies. "Our core strategy is to give our members exclusive first round movies on Netflix," Sarandos said. While fans are happy that they will get to...

Warning! Spoilers ahead for the final book in The Chronicles of Narnia series, The Last Battle
The Chronicles of Narnia novels are a seminal work of children's fantasy by C.S. Lewis, and the Pevensie children play a huge role throughout the story. First described in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the Pevensies introduce the audience to Narnia, and it's their influence and legacy that links the different installments together. Though the later books don't touch upon the four central children as much, they do reappear in the final novel, The Last Battle. However, when they return, Susan Pevensie, the oldest girl, doesn't have the same ending as everyone else.
There's been speculation about how the Narnia books will be brought to life in Greta Gerwig's upcoming adaptation of the novels. While the development and characterization of all the Pevensies is vitally important, Gerwig's Narnia adaptation must bring justice to Susan Pevensie,...

The last attempt we had at a series of The Chronicles of Narnia movies ended all the way back in 2010 with only three films completed, leaving four whole books untouched. Now, Greta Gerwig is at the helm of a new Narnia film series with a bold release strategy, with Netflix rumored to be in pursuit of an IMAX exclusive release. However, while Netflix's promises to be a more all-encompassing version of the source material, there is at least one positive to Disney's version remaining unfinished.
With screen adaptations typically adapting about half the literary series, there are thousands of questions about Narnia and how to faithfully bring this perennial children's fantasy series to life. The previous Narnia films stopped too early to answer some of these, particularly the issue of how to handle the final book in the series, which catapults Narnia from a whimsical fantasy to a profound allegory.

Although we don't yet know which two books Greta Gerwig is adapting for Netflix's The Chronicles of Narnia reboot, I'm tentatively excited to see how the adaptation nails one of the books' worst villains: Uncle Andrew. A series of seven children's fantasy novels by C.S. Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia has made the leap from page to screen before, most notably with the 2005 adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Although it was published first, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is actually the second installment in Lewis' Narnia book series.
I think most people envision the story of the 2005 film when they think of the Narnia novels, but I'm excited to see how Greta Gerwig's The Chronicles of Narnia reboot will tackle the book series and its unusual arc. Some sources indicate that Gerwig will tackle The Silver Chair first (via...

Netflix's Narnia adaptation faces challenges due to short book lengths, requiring careful adaptation for success. Gerwig needs to balance loyalty to source material while making necessary changes for Netflix's Narnia films. Avoiding Disney's mistakes, Netflix must stay true to Narnia's spirit for potential hit adaptations.
Greta Gerwig's The Chronicles of Narnia adaptation faces a difficult challenge due to the source material. Following the record-breaking success of Gerwig's Barbie, she is attached to write and direct at least two of Netflix's upcoming films based on the beloved book series by C.S. Lewis. While this is the first time Netflix has adapted the Narnia books, the series has been adapted numerous times in the past, including three films made by Disney.

Starting with "The Magician's Nephew" would give Greta Gerwig's Narnia movies a fresh and faithful adaptation, honoring C.S. Lewis's intended order. Gerwig's focus on character development and thematic exploration could elevate the Chronicles of Narnia series to new heights in the fantasy genre. Netflix's reboot offers a more visionary and ambitious approach compared to Disney's adaptations, with Gerwig at the helm bringing a fresh perspective.
Greta Gerwig's Chronicles of Narnia should avoid copying the Disney adaptations by releasing them in a different order. In 2005, Disney released their version of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, spawning a series that lasted three movies, and though they were beloved in their era, none received astounding critical acclaim or monumental cultural success. While other beloved fantasy series from the 2000s, like Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings trilogy, have had uproars at the thought of reboots, Barbie...

Netflix is creating a film series adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia, with Greta Gerwig writing and directing the first two movies. There is debate among fans about whether to read the Narnia books in release order or chronological order. Previous adaptations of the Narnia books include a TV movie, a BBC film series, and three movies by Disney – the latter of which were well-received despite not completing the entire series.

Director Greta Gerwig, who is currently basking in the success of her latest directorial, the fantasy-comedy film ‘Barbie’, is also set to direct the next installments in the ‘Narnia’ franchise which has got her spooked. Stating that she hasn’t even begun working on the two films she has to direct, she’s “terrified” of working on the ‘Narnia’ projects.
Speaking to the ‘Inside Total Film’ podcast, the ‘Little Women’ director said that she’s unsure of whether her own iteration of the fantasy world based on author C.S Lewis’s best-selling novels from the 1950’s would be able to capture the aesthetic or spirit of the novels in the same way she handled ‘Barbie’.
Describing her uncertainty, Greta said: “I haven’t even really started wrapping my arms around it. But I’m properly scared of it, which feels like a good place to start.”

Disney's Chronicles of Narnia movie franchise had an incredible start at the box office, but the very next movie was a box office bomb. 2005's The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe is a movie adaptation of the incredibly popular C.S. Lewis novel of the same name. The book is one of the most iconic fantasy novels of the 20th Century, and it's the first book of the Chronicles of Narnia series, which is made up of seven. Disney adapted the movie with the intention of it being the studio's answer to Warner Bros.'s phenomenally successful Harry Potter movie franchise.
The first movie of the planned film franchise was a huge success and a promising sign of things to come. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe made an unbelievable $745 million worldwide (via Box Office Mojo). While the movie had a budget of bloated $180 million, that gross profit is still more than impressive.

Exclusive: Sam Mendes, the Oscar and Tony award-winning director, has chosen three London theater stars — Michael Balogun (National Theatre Live: Death of England-Delroy), Hadley Fraser (Donmar Theatre’s Coriolanus), and Nigel Lindsay (Chichester Festival Theatre’s Woman In Mind) — to bring his much-garlanded production of The Lehman Trilogy back into the West End. That’s following triumphant runs at the UK’s National Theatre, the Park Avenue Armory and Broadway, and a phenomenal 16-week, sold-out run at London’s Piccadilly Theatre in 2019.
The actors will portray the Bavarian-born Lehman brothers, Emanuel, Mayer, and Henry, who settled in Alabama as cotton merchants, a springboard to what was to become what Balogun termed “a giant machine” on Wall Street. Simon Russell Beale, Adam Godley, and Ben Miles originally performed the multiple roles of the Lehman brothers and their descendants — male and female, old and young — in London and New York.

Exclusive: Two shows are being lined up to replace Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella musical which closes after a disappointing, short-lived run in London’s West End.
News of Cinderella’s closure became a contentious affair, causing members of the actors union Equity to picket outside the Gillian Lynne Theatre. Cast, crew, musicians and those working backstage were angered with management because many heard about the show’s demise via social media.
However, no time has been wasted in finding new tenants for the Gillian Lynne. Producers stampeded the place in almost impolite haste.
Tickets for the show that immediately follows Cinderella into the theater in London’s Covent Garden will be on sale by the end of next week.
Deadline has learned that it will be the much trumpeted Elliott & Harper, Catherine Schreiber and Leeds Playhouse production of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, adapted from C.S.

Like so many actors fortunate enough to work over the past year, there was a two-week stretch last fall when Ben Barnes found himself sequestered alone in a Canadian hotel room. He was there for “Shadow and Bone,” the new fantasy series Netflix hopes will become one of its signature genre franchises alongside “The Witcher” and “Stranger Things.” The show had largely wrapped production just before the pandemic lockdown, but Barnes still needed to film some final scenes as the powerful and mysterious General Kirigan, also known as the Darkling, who possesses the ability to control darkness and wield it as a deadly weapon.
Before he could dive back into all that, though, there was that pesky mandatory quarantine to endure. So to pass the time, Barnes started making his own music.

Anyone who adapts the works of C.S. Lewis for the screen will find they have a few odd things to contend with. We have never seen a screen version of Prince Caspian, for example, in which young children Susan and Lucy go around cavorting with Bacchus, the god of wine, and his wild Bacchants, for the very good reason that it comes across as seriously strange and more than a little disturbing.
But the oddest moment in The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, Lewis’ first written The Chronicles of Narnia novel and the most often adapted, cannot be so easily lifted out. In that fantasy epic, the first major sign that the White Witch’s eternal winter is fading is the appearance of Father Christmas (aka Santa Claus), who has been kept out of Narnia ever since the Witch arrived.

Netflix acquired the rights to adapt the seven fantasy books back in 2018 and immediately announced their plans to create new TV series and films based on the world of Narnia.

Australian thriller The Secrets She Keeps, currently airing on BBC One and iPlayer, takes the audience to a very dark place says Laura Carmichael. Her character Agatha, a supermarket worker who befriends a pregnant blogger, ‘does such unbelievable things, the most irresponsible things’ driven ‘by the impulse of motherhood’.
Building a crime thriller around that impulse makes the series relatable, says Carmichael. At its heart, the show is about ‘wanting to be a mum and wanting to be the perfect mum.’ As her character’s backstory unfolds, ‘you understand her’ says Carmichael, though ‘she absolutely puts people through hell.’ Whether Agatha could ever be forgiven, she says, is a question for the audience to mull.
There’s no talk of a second series as yet for The Secret She Keeps. ‘It was taken from the book, which stands alone,’ Carmichael explains, ‘but it would be great to revisit and see what would happen.

Out of all the potential literary franchises that started appearing with increasing regularity to try and cash in on the success of The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter during the early years of the 21st Century, it appeared for a while as though The Chronicles of Narnia was one of the few destined for any sort of continued success.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was a huge hit, becoming one of the highest-grossing movies of 2005 after raking in $745 million at the box office, but despite spawning two sequels, the adaptations of C.S. Lewis’ fantasy series never managed to recapture those heights.
