Inferior Ravioli Western with tarnished protagonists , poor environments and lousy filmmaking

Three Kennedy Brothers Link (Lincoln Tate) , Sally (.Fiorella Mannoia ) and Tornado Kennedy ( Lorenzo Fineschi) find e a carriage from Lawson Mining Company being robbed by thieves .Then they go to a little town to investigate it but they are thrown out by Lawson . Later on , there arrives the Crow (William Berger) hired by Lawson (Bonelli) to take down the Connelly Brothers . Thing go wrong when they find out the stolen gold is a fake . The Crow is the the toughest gunfighter , the fastest gun in the West , to smack down the three meddler brothers and whose father was gunned down by the feared Crow years ago . As they are relentlessly tracked down by The Crow and his brother Jack( Dino Strano) until a terrible denouement .

This inferior Spaghetti Western contains a silly and twisted plot , violence , double crosses , shoot'em up and results to be a below average entertainment , and drags at times , balancing in ups and downs . This is a very quirky film, it is, at times, unintentionally fun , and at other times just plain and bizarre , including violent fights as well as Saloon brawls in Terence Hill/Bud Spencer style . The movie seems out of order and makes no sense. Actually, there is the usual script about a merciless vengeance here and it's not all that hard to follow. While certainly not unwatchably bad, instances of clumsiness and ineptitude abound so that I was often cracking up into howls of laughter such as : a totally irrelevant bar-room brawl , actors doing somersaults when being shot and crossfire with no much sense . The movie's got some corny dialog, but that just makes for more laughs, which is a good thing. The flick gets the usual Western issues, such as avenger antiheroes , violent facing off , exaggerated baddies , soundtrack with Morricone influence , among them . It's a thrilling western with breathtaking confrontation between the protagonist Lincoln Tate along with his brothers against the heartless enemies : William Berger , Bonelli and Dino Strano. It stars Lincolon Tate , a failed second-class American actor who played some Westerns as Gunmen and the Holy Ghost, His Name Was Sam Walbash,But They Call Him Amen , Aquasanta Joe ,His Name Was Pot... But They Called Him Allegria , Bastard, Go and Kill and the American Lone Ranger . Co-stars William Berger , unfortunately, he doesn't get to do much in the film - despite giving a passable acting . Fair-haired Austrian leading man, who appeared in many spaghetti westerns between 1966 and 1987 such as "Sartana in the Valley of Death" , "They Call Him Cemetery" , "Fast hand" , ¨Noose for Django¨, "Jaider's Gang" , among others . He also played several Western as a secondary actor as he had got fame and fortune with his unforgettable co-starring in ¨Sabata¨ as the banjo man , ¨Face to face¨, ¨Keoma¨ , ¨California¨ and ¨Tex¨. He had a reputation for being a rebel and a vociferous anti-establishment figure . Berger's career was also at times interrupted by drug abuse . He had a reputation for being a rebel and a vociferous anti-establishment figure. Berger's career was also at times interrupted by drug abuse until his early death . Support cast is formed by ordinary Pasta secondaries such as : Emilio Messina , Roberto Messina , Pietro Torrisi or Peter McCoy , Romano Puppo and Dino Strano as Jack, Crow's brother

At least , Musical score is aceptable , adding a catching leitmotif , being composed by the notorious Nora Orlandi in Spaghetti style .The motion picture was lousily directed by Gianni Crea . He directed a few films , most of them Spahettis , such as 1973 ¨E Il Terzo Giorno Arrivò Il Corvo¨ , 1972 ¨El Oeste Magnifico¨ , 1971 ¨Se T'Incontro T'Ammazzo¨ and two action/drama movies as ¨Non Sparate Sui Bambini¨ , and ¨Ballata Napulitana¨ or ¨Pe' Sempre¨.

    Greatest Spaghetti Western title

I just viewed this movie on DVD after a long wait to receive it and it was very disappointing. I am a huge William Berger fan and was under the impression he played duel parts. One as the Crow then as the Crow's brother. Well once again, I was mislead by Thomas Weisser's book Spaghetti Westerns the Good, the Bad and the Violent. I know it must be exhausting viewing 558 westerns. Berger actually plays only the Crow who has about 10 minutes of film time. He was very cool and great acting as the crow. Now for the others my god, I actually stomached it through the lame fight scenes and retarded town folk of five brothers and their pa. I actually had to pop a lower tab just to relax.

The duel between Link and the Crow sucked for the simple reason here is a famous gunslinger (Crow) who is being relentlessly tracked down by the Connelly's who's father was gunned down by the crow years ago. He doesn't even get his gun out of his holster fighting Link who blows him away talk about the fastest gun in the west. Link should stop being a wannabe detective and be a pro gunmen. I am actually scared to view the three other movies Director Gianni Crea made. Die-hard Spaghetti fans good luck with this one!
