Fun and silly parody of the Eurospy movies with the amusing couple Gracita Morales and Jose Luis López Vázquez

Here the famous couple : José Luis Lopez Vázquez and Gracita Morales play two swindlers who are deceiving tourists in the Sun Coast by executing little scams and tricks . They are two cool Spanish actors , usually playing a duo of unfortunate , roguish , shameless as well as bungling people . As they are in Torremolinos when Jose Luis Vázquez believes to take a pill for his illness , when he is really swallowing a microfilm containing top-secret information. Then he is pursued by a group of beautiful spy women to extract him the object . While Gracita Morales helped by Angela : Alicia Tomas are looking for him, but he has been kidnapped by the chief - Antonio Ozores- of an killer organization called Fuenteovejuna.

This is a satire of the Sixties action movies , the Eurospy genre, whose main representations were the 007 films starred by Sean Connery as James Bond and here regular but professionally directed by Mariano Ozores. In fact , at the beginning there's a prologue with plenty of gorgeous girls in bikini , badly imitating the credit titles of the Bond movies . There are laughs , crossfire , noisy action with a helicopter chasing and shooting , swift pursuits with spectacular scenes of an ambulance falling from a cliff . Of course, there are lots of beautiful girls wielding gunshot and machine-gun and dressed in bikini , running, and shooting here and there. The picture is pretty embarrassing and disconcerting, but the funny couple Jose Luis López Vázquez and Gracita Morales make a cosy fit , providing a good time and giving hilarious interpretations. Their popularity raised quickly after they worked together in several films under the direction of Mariano Ozores . Here Jose Luis López Vázquez steals the show in his ordinary acting style . His first roles were comical characters in general, and being increasingly important . In 1958 he started to have his first successes 'Una muchachita de Valladolid' together with 'Elisa Montes' and Alberto Closas, and El pisito (1958) in cinema together with Mary Carillo. Some of his best films from this period are El cochecito (1960), Plácido (1961), Atraco a las tres (1962) and El verdugo (1963). In the early 70s he surprisingly started to do good dramatic performances in films like Peppermint frappé (1967) , El jardín de las delicias (1970), El Bosque del lobo (1970) (he won Best Actor Award in the 1971 Chicago Film Festival), Mi querida señorita (1971) (Best Actor Award in the 1972 Chicago Film Festival), La Cabina, La (1970) (TV) (winner an Emmy Award) , or Habla, mudita (1973). Since that moment on, he acted in the best films and also became an almost indispensable figure in Spanish cinema in the following two decades . They are nicely accompanied by a sympathetic support cast such as : Marisol Ayuso, Alicia Tomás, Antonio Pica , Emilio Laguna , Xan Das Bolas , Paloma Cela , Paquita Torres , as narrator the presenter Joaquin Prat and as always , the prolific Antonio Ozores who often works in films of his brother Mariano Ozores.

Objetivo Bikini is a mediocre farcical romp , being middlingly directed by Mariano Ozores in his usual style and had success enough in the Spanish box office . Mariano's family origin is into show business , being son of Mariano Ozores Sr and brother of José Luis Ozores and Antonio Ozores . Furthermore , uncle of Adriana Ozores and Emma Ozores . He has a prolific career , and many actors and technicians worked and ate thanks to the huge success of his films . Mariano recently won a Goya Award (2016) to his long and fruitful career . These films were with short budget and lackluster but including comedy and lots of fun . Those contained many nude girls , laughs and slapstick . Ozores is a writer and director , especially in comedy genre such as : Disparate Nacional , Tahiti's Girl , Brujas Magicas , Los Presuntos , Cuatro Mujeres Y Un Lío , Tío ¿De Verdad Vienen De París? , Alcalde Por Elección , Ellas Los Prefieren... Locas , El Apolítico , Jenaro El De Los 14 , Manolo La Nuit , El Abuelo Tiene plan , La Llamaban La Madrina , La Graduada , Venta Por Pisos and many others . Being his ordinary actors , the following ones : Alfredo Landa , Lina Morgan , Paco Martínez Soria , Antonio Ozores , Jose Luis Ozores , Juanito Navarro and , of course , Gracita Morales , Jose Luis López Vazquez , Fernando Esteso and Andrés Pajares .
