"Un Coup Fumant" 1958 is the french title. The actor who dubs Toto in french version is Very Very bad. He has strong french southern (Marseille) accent. His voice is very unpleasant and I am french. it's so awfull.

    • Alternate versions
For the Spanish Castilian release, the film got some scenes cut, reduced or shot in a different way. It was reduced to 77 minutes. Scenes reduced or cut:
      • Raoul and Jose presentation (Reduced)
      • Scorceletti and Tobia arriving to Raoul's house with a Civil Guard (Cut)
      • Scorceletti scene with the other copyist (Cut)
      • Scorceletti dialogue about hooking up Eva (Dialogue changed or Cut)
      • Dialogues about "cheating on wife or husbands" and having "affairs" (Changed or Cut)
      • Pablo Segura's name was changed to "Pedro Vargas". And his profession was also changed, toreador to dancer.
      • Scorceletti knife fight with Pablo Segura (Cut)
      • The Police Station scene (Cut)
      • Scorceletti scene escaping with a ballet dress (Cut)

      • The jealous husband is not taken away by the cops (Cut)
      • Some the "Maja" painting (near the end) were cut, cause some paintings were showing the "Maja" wearing a bikini or a short dress And 2 scenes were shot in a different way:
      • In the Italian version, during the museum sequence, Raoul explains his plan to Jose, in front of the "Maja Desnuda" (The Nude Maja) and the "Maja Vestida" (The Clothed Maja). In the Spanish version, Raoul explains the whole plan in front of the "Maja Vestida", due to censorship.
      • The scene of Raoul discussing with Scorceletti about painting the "The Nightshirt Maja", was shot in a different angle and some jokes were cut to reduce the scene.
