Arrivano i dollari!

Featuring an interesting cast, led by Alberto Sordi, but also featuring other important actors such as Nino Taranto and Isa Miranda, among others, this film is a typical farce, in the old style of the wealthy aunt who has a generous inheritance coveted by all.

The five candidates are a collection of extreme flaws, which makes the choice particularly difficult. One is a megalomaniac, another is morbidly jealous, another is extremely greedy, another is a womanizer, and yet another is a schemer. To add to the confusion, the aunt and the notary decide to switch identities to get to know the candidates better, causing inevitable and amusing misunderstandings.

An old-fashioned comedy that is enjoyable to watch and is generally well-written and acted, although with no other ambition than to entertain the audience.

Alfonso Pasti is amazing when he treats his butler like a dog! I tried to behave like him with my brother and always scold him if he doesn't wear the white gloves when he carries me my morning coffee :)
