Interpol contre stupéfiants

I watched this movie for the first time since I first heard about it in 1975. Ann Smyrner is always great to watch. This looks like a lame attempt at what was later known as Euro-Spy secret agent movie. They call the hero X-15. It is all about stolen drug shipments and rival gangs fighting each other. A lot of people die. Klaus Kinski plays a drug addict who sells information to the highest bidder. Usually gets paid off with small envelopes of powder. He finally gets killed. The title makes no sense but the action is certainly watchable.
