My 3rd favorite short.

The only two shorts better than UP IN DAISY'S PENTHOUSE are HEAVENLY DAZE and INCOME TAX SAPPY. It's a remake of the Curly classic THREE DUMB CLUCKS. This short has great gags, but I refuse to give them away.

My Daisy Waisy

This is a remake of the 1937 short "3 Dumb Clucks" with Curly as 3rd man. Both versions I find to be extremely funny. One of my absolute favorite scenes is when Moe is preparing his "Ena-frapini" and Larry starts dousing his hair with liquor, while Shemp is busy pocketing all the silver he can get his stick fingers on. "Put back dem muglets!" "I ain't got no muglets." Grade: A

Scenes of the Stooges on the flagpole are from 3 Dumb Clucks (1937). Listen for Curly's "woo-woo-woo"s.

Goofs
In the opening moments, a close-up of a newspaper is shown with a headline announcing Shemp Sr.'s upcoming marriage. However, the text underneath the headline has nothing to do with the engagement.
