Dave Willis was an actor who had a brief film career pre war.He looks a bit like Stan Laurel,with Hardys moustache.There the comparison ends.Sadly this film is dated and unfunny.The story such as it is relates to a gang of crooks committing insurance frauds.An early appearance by Pat zKirkwood is the only bright spot in this film.
