It's a B western

Best line in the movie is when Tonia screams "no, Henchman Bull!" to Bull, who is credited as a "Henchman." Just never heard someone callout a character as it's shown in the script.

Raven the horse plays a stellar part as himself.

Some nice photography of scenery in the long shots.

The Hurricane Horseman review

Obscure early '30s programmer featuring Lane Chandler, whose tenure as a leading man was unaccountably brief. He's a terrible actor, but so were the likes of Hoot Gibson and Ken Maynard who enjoyed much longer careers at the top of the bottom of the heap. At just 50 minutes long there's not much time for character development, but writer Oliver Drake does at least include a few moments that distinguish Hurricane Horseman from the countless other B-Westerns.
