Plot : They open a new luxury hotel ;to attract the clientele,they hire false guests , some kind of walk-ons they pay but who are not allowed to use the.comfort room facilities and to choose what they want on the gastronomic menu .Pierre, a playboy short of the readies, meets a socialite,Manon, who is a paying guest . She hires him as her so called lover because she has just broke up with her former one .When he arrives in her house ,where he is only a puppet, he discovers that Manon's mother is also a woman who is paid to play this role ...

Jules Berry and Gaby Morlay are true to form , the comedy is pleasant ,mainly in its funny first part ;it loses steam and becomes too predictable in the second half though.
