Marcel Cravenne essentially worked for TV and made a handful of theatrically released movies: only "danse de mort" starring Erich Von Stroheim is really memorable today.

Jules Berry and Gaby Morlay are true to form , the comedy is pleasant ,mainly in its funny first part ;it loses steam and becomes too predictable in the second half though.
