Memorable only for Lucan and Macshane

This is basically a succession of musical numbers with a semblance of a plot attached.Lots of Irish acts including Lucan and Macshane who have a small spot.In it Lucan,as usual complains that Kitty has been staying out till all hours. They come up on the stage.Kitty says she is going to dance a jig. However she can't because she has hurt her knee. She sits down onto a chair. There is a close up of Lucan turning a dummy leg around, she stands up fully cured and dances a jig.As for the rest the eponymous lead takes orphan children to her aunts in Item and. There she meets possible suitors. There is also a rather dull story to do with horses.

    • Trivia
This film is one of over 200 titles in the list of independent feature films made available for television presentation by Advance Television Pictures announced in Motion Picture Herald 4 April 1942. At this time, television broadcasting was in its infancy, almost totally curtailed by the advent of World War II, and would not continue to develop until 1945-1946. Because of poor documentation (feature films were often not identified by title in conventional sources) no record has yet been found of its initial television broadcast.
