      Shortly before this film was made, the novel 'Simon Called Peter' by Robert Keable was also staged as a play on Broadway. The play, by Jules Eckert Goodman and Edward Knoblock, opened at the Klaw Theatre on November 10, 1924, and ran for 88 performances. The cast included Herbert Bunston, Carson Davenport, Tyrell Davis, Harold De Becker, George Fuller, Catherine Willard and Leonard Willey.
