Not One Of Hamilton's Best, But Lots Of Gags

Lloyd Hamilton is in love with Ruth Hiatt. However, she's got a bratty kid brother, a father who pinches the maids' bottoms, and is throwing a party with a magician, a donkey, and a crook in attendance who has his gang waitng outside to rob the joint.

In other words, the makings for many, many gags, even if you discount the start of the movie when Hamilton goes to get his photo taken -- how it links into the rest of the movie is vague, but apparently the courting of Miss Hiatt left the movie short.

Like it says in the title of this review, it's not one of Hamilton's best, having almost no personality, but he and director fill it with standard and well executed gags of the era, which work most of the time even today.
