    One Of Turpin's Vogue Comedies

Ed Laurie has invented a bomb which releases a gas which makes everyone dance at high speeds. A man from the government is coming by to see about buying it. However, Margaret Templeton leads a group of apaches who wish to steal it. Laurie tells Ben Turpin to guard it while he and his daughter, Lilian Hamilton, go out for some reason or other. Miss Templeton, who has the ability to turn invisible when she puts on a mask, proceeds to try to steal the bomb.

Miss Templeton and her crew seem to be a comic version of Musidora and her crew from LES VAMPIRES. Otherwise, it seems to be an unexceptional comedy, mostly interesting because it's one of the very rare comedies that Turpin made for Vogue after he left Essannay. The story goes that Mack Sennett liked what he saw, and tried to contact Turpin, but the folks at Vogue's front office claimed they didn't know who he was.
