From ep 1 I was definitely pulled in by the strong storyline and solid performances from the whole cast. Huge Abby Cornish fan, great to see her in such an interesting role, as always her performance is amazing.
Great Australian series, highly recommend.
This was going to be a 8-9. The story was gripping, and the actor playing Jacob could make you forgive some of the questionable acting by fellow stars. He was brilliant. So of course, was Abbie Cornish - as always. "Finally!" I screamed. "A good channel seven show! A great Australian series that's been made for tv!" I told all my friends and family... Now I feel, really, really bad for wasting their time. Because that ending..... No spoilers, just a warning. For a suspense series based on finding out the conclusion/what happens, that was shockingly stupid. It seems like someone had given the writer 2 minutes to scribble something down before a bomb went off. Can you refund six hours of your life? Because I would very much like too.
I give this show 5 stars because of the SASKYA actress and acting was amazing
they could have done more with the SASKYA part of the show as it was the main and only serious reason to watch it , i am not saying the other actors have not done there jobs but there stories ..... wellll ..... all the other sides are boring
SASKYA is a true anchored in reality based type of person and the only reason this show is great or worth anything at all as all other parts are just to help her story and thats it . Never the less they MISSED a HUGE on the SASKYA story line as it coulded have been much much more then this
and the ending ---- rushed and stupid
5 stars for SASKYA and ZERO STARS FOR THE REST

The series has been solid, interesting and emotional. One of the best drama's to air on Aus free-to-air TV for a long time.
I was let down by the finale after such an amazing first 5 episodes
The cast gelled and have delivered so much.

I gave this a 7 but it would have been higher if the last two episodes had been better. For example, an important character disappears, duly noted by main characters and then total lack of concern, just forgotten about and the final episode was just all over the place. Again, incidents happen and no-one seems bothered. Sloppy direction, poor script? Whatever, this spoiled an otherwise good series.
