Public Service Announcement

Jim Hayes was originally cast as the host character who was intended to appear in every scene of the film. After shooting scenes 2 and 3, Jim did not show up to set the rest of the production so the producers were forced to find a replacement and rewrite the dialogue to fit 2 hosts. Having just shot another film with Kevin Durkin, Director of Photography Troy Ten Eyck recommended him as a last minute replacement. Luke Ostermiller called Kevin immediately and pitched the project. With only an hour to prepare, Kevin made it to set and played the role.
