Ok ok movie

I think if people compared to 96 this movies not so interesting detail of delivery which is given by the Vijay sethupathi is ultimate we will be enjoy the 96 but jaanu I didn't feel much enjoy I felt little comedy dialogues also as it's like 96

Simply mediocre remake of 96

Please watch 96 instead. Sharwanad delivered an amazing performance whereas Samantha delivered a very underwhelming performance and to be honest, destroyed the character of Jaanu. I am saying this being an admirer of Samantha. But please watch 96 instead. It is brilliant even if it is slow. But this movie just made a slow movie even slower and made it boring...

Watch it if you've ever been in love

Jaanu is a beautiful romantic film, the romance between Ram and Jaanu is well-defined in the most beautiful way. Its a nostalgic trip filled with lots of beautiful moments and it also makes you ask yourselves if you can truly move on from some relationships.

This movie is all about pure love & emotions, full credit goes to the Director of the movie C Premkumar. Who made such a wonderful film.

Jaanu (Samantha) is awesome & Ram (Sharwanand) is also good.

Watch it if you've ever been in love.

Emotional

One of the best films that tollywood have ever seen. The whole drama turns around the feelings of Ram and Janu. Good first half with scenes about the reunion of the childhood lovers. Second was very emotional and an unexpected ending. If you have a first crush or first love in your schooling, I'm sure you will connect with the drama.

Cleanses you!

Imagine doing this: You are on a fast food diet intentionally for five years. All you get to eat is McDonalds, KFC and everything that qualifies as junk that you can buy. And then five years later you walk home and you get to eat food your mom cooked. If you really can imagine the joy that meal gives you, you will complain that I used the word joy. You would tell me use a stronger word because joy just does not cut it. Bliss.. May be?

Earlier Trisha and Samantha played the roles of jessie from the film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa(2010) and Ye maaya chesave (2010) in tamil and telugu respectively. Again in this film they are both being played the same character Janaki(Jaanu) from the movie '96 and Jaanu respectively.
