What Love Looks Like

If you love romantic comedies, this is for you. The film follows five different characters looking for love. The projections and misperceptions we all make about one another. Attraction and that special spark and then really getting to see who someone is. Love is such a universal theme that I think everyone will relate to this film. It was very well directed and acted. A fun date night movie.

It's clear that this is a low budget film. This is why I forgive most of the things I've noticed with it. That, and the fact that I don't normally watch romantic comedies anyway unless my wife forces me. I had to come on and give this a review though because it surprised me with how good it was even for being in the style of a movie I'm not normally into. Kudos to the direct/actors in What Love Looks like. Great job!

I'm not always for romantic comedies, but I enjoyed this format following multiple different stories, so that you get introduced to a variety of different characters and stories. It can be strangely enjoyable to see all the awkwardness and miscommunications that happen in relationships, especially when you watch others, and not yourself, go through it. Overall, this was an easy to watch, feel-good romcom.

One of those rare films that hits all the right emotional notes! It's not often a film can make me laugh, cry and fall in love. Bravo!

This was a fun, sweet little indie, and it's nice to see the anthology format being used here - it's a great storytelling tool, and not enough movies try to use it! This was a fun watch, definitely worth checking out, especially with V-Day right around the corner.
