Movie was really good.after a long time vikram sir get on his old character like 'anniyan'.

Vikram sir was really really perfect at mathi and kathir role. He gives his best to it.love all the music from it.

But the last 45minute was really booaring and the spilt of two brother plot was too booring.the vfx team doesn't gives their best.

There are also some confusing plot in many seens.i think the screenplays was can't fullfill the original storyline.

Afterall the movie was good.wanna time pass for 3hour?then you can watch it.

Fresh out of Ajay Gnanamuthu's Cobra, and it honestly feels like I watched 2 entirely different movies pre and post interval. We start off with a somewhat underworld assassin crime thriller of sorts, which while over the top at moments, had its fair share of enjoyable bites. And then with the interval, we have what feels like an entirely new movie; one that feels like every other wannabe-posh Tamil action movie, where some characters already established in the first half start acting nothing like it in the second, and some more being entirely sidelined making us wonder why they were even included in the first place.

I wouldn't say Cobra is a bad movie, nor that its not enjoyable, but it's not groundbreaking in any way. It just gets ridiculously over the top with every passing minute, building up to a mind numbingly lazy and disappointing climax. Technically too this movie has a lot of weaknesses. The music is very easily forgettable, which sad given how such a statement could even be said about an ARR composed soundtrack. The VFX was painfully apparent in some scene. The makeup got somewhat cheesy, never leaving the uncanny valley; where you know you're not looking at an actual human face, but a heavily pasted prosthetic. And even certain shot selections seemed questionable.

Being as critical as I am about this movie is only because I engaged with it enough to care about its own internal consistencies. It's certainly not a movie you'll ever regret watching in a theatre, but it's not one you'll miss out on if you don't either.

This movie story line is different from others it contains different type of story line that you would never expected. So, that it will take sometimes to understand it fully. And most of all there are some gaps in the movie that need not filled correctly. I feel some explanation required for Vikram mother's background and the movie is moving at very fast rate even if it has 3hrs of running time. I felt that some people's struggling to get the rhythm of it. So at last movie storyline is good but the showing of it for people is not good. Because so many people doesn't understand the maths based movies and also the mind planning movies. It will take time for these types, if these types of movies coming again and again means then they will also understand it properly.

A very boring movie. 1st half is average. However, 2nd half tests ur patience.

Some of the character selection is not good. The executions are done not in a detailed manner just like hollywood films leaving many loopholes and questions in the script. The VFX is too bad. The BGM score is also not so impressive. Not even one of the song was shot properly.

Some of the scenes have no logic at all. Vikram acting is good. But again it's kind of repetitive from his past films. Too dramatic. Entire flashback should have been cut shorted by several minutes easily. It is confusion sometimes.

The first half is fun, excited keeps you completely on one side, the other half will force you to go home.

Positive thing: Vikram sir's performance, great visuals, strong story, VFX, action, above all mathematical assessment.

Negative Thing: Rahman sir's rote music, love episodes, useless songs, unnecessarily story analysis. Long stretches of time There was no need for long unintended of cinema.

Still, there are some such scenes that your money gets recovered, I don't wants to be spoiler, yet the scene of Rassia is my favorite one Overall Vikram sir's die-hard will not be disappointed like vijay devrakonda's.
