Laying the ground

I would not say that this has a big twist and I would think that most people will have figured out most of what is going on or rather where this is heading. That does not take anything away from the mystery of the movie though. Or rather the journey you are taking as a viewer.

The acting is really good, the inciting incident is quite shocking and what unfolds is there to shock us, but the main character even more. Argentina is religious and there are undertones (quite obvious ones) throughout the movie and the plot. You can read different things into this, but you don't have to be a believer to enjoy this thriller with horror elements in it ... also as a friend said: there's a scary nun in it - whatever floats your boat
