What a disappointment

This was a pure joke this is no way even close to the original i waited for 30 years and I couldn't even get through 30 minutes please don't do anything else like this

Kind of a 90's feel to it

As stated above, the atmosphere if this movie brings back a 90's feel. You'll get campy acting from the bad guys, plenty of fight scenes without any of that CGI or wires crap, which is how I like it. Not much story packed with plenty of potholes.

Is it watchable? Hmmmm depends what you feel like. Everyone is different. I start a movie I have to finish it no matter how bad it is.

Give it a crack. Watch it with an open mind, but expect B Grade quality. Sadly though, it's nowhere near compared to the original.

Disappointing !!!!

Fans of the original cult classic 1970's 'The Car' , do not bother with this movie.

WRONG! NOT A REMAKE OR SEQUEL TO CHRISTINE YOU FOOLS! KNOW YOUR FILM HISTORY.

First off this is not in anyway a sequel or remake to Stephen King's/ John Carpenter's Christine (1983). Evidently you that have said so did not see or year of the much superior The Car (1977). Get your facts straight. The original The Car had style, atmosphere, and good action. This wanna be sequel sacrificed much of that for poor CGI graphics and weak story line. It amps up the gore but it is so fake looking with tge overuse of CGI. I gave this a few extra stars for some decent action scenes and the Car itself. It adds nothing to the original.

Mediocre B-horror with a couple moments

The premise is silly, and the costumes are great, which is usually what I like to see coming into a movie like this.

Unfortunately, it didn't get quite as crazy as it needed to be to make up for the script, and the story didn't track very well.

If you like B-horror flicks, this one feels really middle of the road (to revenge), and I'd skip it to roll the dice on another movie.

This would make for a good "background movie" if you're just hoping to catch the couple crazy moments, and appreciate some of the apocalypse gear.
