The documentary focus on the struggles that the soccer team faced before obtaining the Cup & the League during the same semester.

It show the internal difficulties and conflict that the players felt during the process, also a glimpse of the coaching and the pep talks that inspired the players to achieve their goal.

Overall an interesting documentary.

1/10 Watch an actual match instead. You'll get more drama, excitement, and authenticity in 90 minutes than this film offers in its entire runtime.

The storytelling is scattered and unfocused. Instead of offering an in-depth look at the team's legacy, struggles, or the human stories behind the players, it felt like an awkward highlight reel slapped together with dramatic music. The film doesn't bother to explore what makes Chivas so beloved or unique, it assumes you're already a die-hard fan and doesn't bother giving newcomers a reason to care.

Worst of all, it's boring. How do you make soccer, one of the most electrifying sports on the planet, boring? The answer is apparently to ignore all the gritty details and heart that make the sport great and instead focus on bland platitudes and generic montages.
