Journey to the volcano

Caldeira is an animated short designed to look like old-school animations from the 1970s and 1980s. The story follows a young woman who joins an expedition to climb a volcano. beautiful and confuse

Beautiful animation and a lot of ambiguity. The two traits of this interesting but confuse short film about young Ines in shadow of her sister, dreaming to a career of volcanologist, maybe killer or only master of her dream. The balance between memories to present and dream to reality remains the lead problem for "Caldeira" . Sure, it is beautiful. But not so convincing.
