I'm Canadian and I don't like to get in the whole politics thing, but this episode revitalized the show. The fight scene that has been previously done million of times, was absolutely incredible, but most importantly, the writers went ahead and said everything we were all thinking for the longest time - Trump is a joke and deserves to be made fun of.
If you're a Republican reading this and are offended by this episode you need to reassess your own conviction. Trump is neither Republic nor Democrat - he's a selfish, self-promoting, nihilist who doesn't care which side he joins as long as he's the center of attention.
best...episode....ever

I was watching this expecting some banter going back and forth between liberals and conservative views the way South Park does it, instead we got just 20 minutes of the same orange man dumb jokes we hear on every talk show.
Would have been more enjoyable if it wasn't a total one sided partisan hit job. Several of the lines weren't even jokes, just the characters speaking into the camera about scandals.

It's not about left or right, I don't consider myself either. I just believe that all beings on earth should leave peacefully and in harmony with each other and nature. President Trump brought peace, stability and prosperity not just to America but to the world. Yet, almost all of the media in the world was and is still so relentlessly invested in making up lies and damaging his image and being extremely biased, that for a while even I believed their slander and thought less of him. Sadly, family guy decided to join them.
Politics aside, this show is about comedy so I was expecting some Trump bashing, and that's fine if done properly, even friends can make fun of each other sometimes and laugh together. I saw no humour in this episode though, just downright smearing. I didn't laugh a single time. It was just poor taste throughout and that's a shame, because a show as popular as family guy, missed an opportunity to use humour to bring people together.

Ppl hated it or loved it.
Just keep your opinions and the politics out of the show.
Getting sick of this from seth macfarlane.

I've been wondering when they'd get around to something like this, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I see people complaining about it being too political, but Family Guy has ALWAYS made political jokes, including Bill Clinton, George Bush, Obama, and even older Presidents such as Thomas Jefferson. There were some low hanging fruit in satirizing Trump, but definitely more fun than Cartoon President on Showtime.
