AN award-winning holiday home on the Rosneath peninsula will be the setting of the new BBC drama series. Cape Cove, built on the site of a former World War Two naval outlook post, is to feature in The Nest. The stunning beach house, designed by Cameron Webster Architects and completed in 2012, sits right on the water's edge with spectacular views of Loch Long and the Firth of Clyde and received award recognition from the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS), the Glasgow Institute of Architects (GIA) and the Saltire Society Housing Award in 2012.

Enthralling Viewing

Top notch drama, . Nice to see such a quality production filmed in and around Glasgow with the creme de la creme of Scottish acting talent in David Hayman and Martin Compston. Many critics say Compston does a good Glasgow accent, after only being familiar with his performances in Line Of Duty. Well he would have "a good Glasgow accent " as he was brought up in Greenock, not far from Glasgow, The young girl playing the troubled teen is an excellent actress and must surely have a successful acting career ahead of her. I am sure we will see a lot more of her in years to come. Thisis an enthralling drama that really does get you thinking about each character and are they what they seem.
