I'm not sure whether sex education is given to everyone or not, but I strongly want this documentary to be showed to each and every men no matter someone sitting in a business class flight or someone whos sitting at every corner of the streets teasing ladies. If we talk about equality I want men to understand the fear of rape. I want such eve teasers to be left naked on the streets to understand how it feels and yes Aditya kirpalani did a great great job by showing a parallel side of feminism.. Thankyou
I'm rating 9 just cuz I want this director to know that his films are so great that we can't wait one year for one single film.. I want him to know he's doing a great job and I am waiting to see more of his work..

This movie is that scare that we call "WHAT IF". The scare that hasn't been felt by far but is so much needed especially in the parts where men are living a deluded patriarchal life. Where women are commoditized, they are called Totta, Pataka, Item, Mall...!! The idea of 'What if' is explored with serious care without deviating from reality. Four women for one Man, well yes because it was the first attempt by any movie maker where a hero wasn't needed to give our 'man' the taste of his own medicine. This movie is a great representation of the power of metal strength over a physical strength and will surely bring a tsunami is mind sets of people. All in all, an extraordinary movie with a revolutionary ending.
It was great concept to work on, when you had money and team to make a movie about burning topic of horrible injustice towards woman happening everyday. It was great concept and opportunity to trigger thoughts on careless people as well as to take credit of making a great movie. But the execution was so poor that you will leave screen without any thought on the subject rather you will feel how horribly it was executed. Actors are not at all convincing that they are actually angry enough to take such an action against injustice, and do not show convincing rebellious attitude at all. Also what they are commuting the crime they doesn't even seem to be scared to be found out in mid way. Keep a man shouting and banging flimsy metal door of a cupboard in a big building for days, what could go wrong. They are so calm as if people will support them in their bigger cause even if found out. The taxi service owner girl is not yet convinced and three carry out an elaborate plan so sure that she will help or not talk to police about. Seems all those who rated/reviewed the movie till now are movie team itself.
Movie is good and a must watch. It's a slap on all those men who think women are only for sex, slave to men, machine to give birth. The story is slow here and there but gets intense eventually. The execution could've been a bit better though.
Although whats shown in the movie is unethical but the things going on with women that we read in newspapers almost everyday is also unethical, so I don't mind.
Go watch it, its worth your time.

Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal is an experimental film which can be classified as a revenge genre. The subject of the movie is highly controversial but one shouldn't shy away from this. It is absolutely necessary to explore the film and start a discussion or debate about it at every level from family, college, schools, colleges etc to discuss the controversial subject of the movie. It's a revolutionary film in many ways though the action remains questionable for many.
"An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind" Gandhiji's words does make a lot of sense but the actions of these care free rapists in today's scenario, our impotent & corrupt judicial system along with the I don't give a damn police force doesn't give us any hopes, especially for the commoner. Yes, what they showed in Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal is wrong but what other choices do we have as a commoner? to instil some fear into these minds of these rapists. In fact I would really enjoy to see these rapists on the receiving end. I completely support this action & the views of Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal to instil a new beginning. Enough is enough.
Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal is a movie where it's content matters more than the making & acting. Full credit to director Aditya Kripalani for handling such a highly controversial subject beautifully. Yes technically the movie lags in its screenplay, especially in the first half and has some logical loopholes. Cinematography is poor in some places as well as editing. Most of the acting were raw and average sans Salini vatsa who has done a decent job. But as I have mentioned earlier the movie is made for its content and the makers have proved their point beautifully.
Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal is a must watch movie for women of all ages to be watched along with their spouses or boyfriends, to get the message around. It would be a great eye opener for men to understand the humiliation & emotions that women go through during & after such disastrous ordeals. It's the "Full Monty of Indian Cinema" and truly revolutionary in every way. Two Thumbs Up for its content.
