Mahesh bhatt acting is the worst. Kay kay menon is known for his acting skills, even the film made him to act very bad.

#TheDarkSideOfLifeMumbaiCity shows multiple incidents where depression n suicidal tendencies play a key role. 1-A muslim man is shattered when his only son leaves him n settles abroad, so he adopts a hindu boy. 2-A man loses his job because hes unable to achieve his target. His wife loses her job because shes not willing to compromise. 3-A stock broker loses all his wealth due to market fluctuations n his girlfriend ditches him. 4-A kashmiri man is regarded as a terrorist n his wife is humiliated. 5-A cop is unable to perform in bed due to a traumatic past. The stories r well narrated n the performances r good. Running time should be reduced by 20 minutes. Rating 3/5.

It is one of a kind film, It's something which not everyone will understand. The film is made for a very specific audience but in a way it relates to everyone and their lives. A multi-plotted story which has so many pipelines, a complex subject to cover but the director has left no loopholes. I like the film because it relates to the condition of so many people.

The first half is a little slow, but after the interval the film is superb and it is tight in the 2nd half, there's a shocking change. It is a pretty great film and I urge you guys to watch the film. Because it's different cinema, People of India must understand Everything and Everywhere , Romance and Comedy can't be a part of every film. And people like to make different stuff. I love this, from songs to the last frame it's a treat and absolute reality of life.

This movie shows how Mahesh bhatt can murder a decent script . Even a 9 year old can direct better then the guy .

Discrete stories of troubled life in Mumbai. The director makes a point in some scenes but the plot is incongruous and pointless. Felt like I was watching a 90s movie. Looks like the makers wanted to repeat the success of life in a metro. This one falls flat in the first 15 mins. Amazon prime has loads of trash brought for cheap.
