Making the Cut

I had high hopes but the clowning of Ms. Klum is almost sad. She's gone from being cool to a clown in this Amazon disappointment.

Please get Naomi Campbell off of the show! Otherwise there may be potential. I love Project Runway, Tim Gunn and Heidi so much, I'm going to keep watching to see if it gets better.

This is a highly produced version of Project Runway with more established designers. However, the judges (in particular Naomi Campbell and Nicole Richie) are nearly unbearable to watch. They have caddy discussions during the runway show and try to outdo each other with over-the-top insults. Campbell is unrelatable and comes across as an overconfident snob whereas Richie comes across as a wannabe. Neither of them seem competent. The other two judges seem competent but aren't featured as much as Campbell and Richie.

Although it's great to see Klum and Gunn back together and it's fun for there to be more at stake here than on Project Runway, the show is a little too boring. Hopefully it will improve with time.

I wanted to love this, but I really don't like the way the runway is filmed. Maybe I'm being too picky, but there was too much movement and I couldn't focus on what was coming down the runway.

I usually skip to the end... Because a lot of it is just not that interesting. I really can't stand the music. It's horrible. Too sassy and it just never seems to fit with the clothing shown on the runway. Horrible and loud.
