    Below average

Thriller of this kind with story is good attempt but I think it is hard to met audience appetites and this kind of horror just too not horror.

    Nope...

Outworn story with the same outworn phrases and dialogues. I don't understand why they still make movies like that. It's 2019 for gods sake.

    A Great thriller

The movie delivers like a thriller. I like the actress Katie Douglas . This being the 3rd movie I seen her in. Her acting skills are obviously great in thrillers. The movie is good and where a lunatic comes to stay with a family who lost their son but they don't know anything about his past.

    Good Lifetime movie!

This was one of the better Lifetime movies. Strong cast, Andrea Roth was very good in this. She played the role of a grieving and at the same time vulnerable mother perfectly. She was backed by good performances by Tygh Runyan and Katie Douglas (husband and daughter). This is the third movie I have seen Katie in, the other two being Level 16 and Believe Me: the Abduction of Lisa McVey, in both of which she shined. Eric Osborne also did well portraying the psychopath. I have seen him in two other movies, Do or Die: A Killer Arrangement and PyeWacket, he was ok in both.

Anyway, like I said this was a good Lifetime movie, with a good soundtrack and clear audio. And I did not find the story far-fetched or that something like this would not happen in real life. The only puzzling thing for me is if their son died a year ago, and it took a whole year for them to decide to rent out their spare room to a college student, what was Brandon doing the whole year for this opportunity to happen?

Still though, it's a good watch!

    Different than I thought.

The film has a good plot but it lacks of some things like good actors (except the antagonist) and a development that is too much predictable.

However it's not completely awful and if you want to see something not really heavy, it's a good choice.

Just you I know, it's a thriller not an horror.
