Jackky Bhagnani, Pratik Gandhi, and Kritika Kamra in Mitron (2018)
Jai "Jackky Bhagnani", born and brought up with middle-class values, has a 'take it easy' approach to life. Since he doesn't believe in a herd mentality, he and his two best friends, Raunak "Pratik Gandhi" and Deepu "Shivam Parekh" start looking for unique ways to make it big in the world. During this trial and error phase, Jai realizes his dream. But his decision of choosing an unprofitable career path doesn't go down too well with his father "Neeraj Sood", who has bigger aspirations for him. Therefore, in order to bring stability to his life, his father decides to get him married. Destiny, however, has something else in store for Jai, when he accidentally meets Avni "Kritika Kamra", an ambitious, MBA graduate, who wants to start her own business. Set in the backdrop of the Gujarati milieu, the film traces Jai and Avni's personal journey, as they both find themselves and discover the true meaning of friendship in the bargain.

A little refreshing, but Still loses potential.

It doesn't need time to build, but still loses the strength, to carry on. For a minute or so felt the air was different, turns out its the same Bollywood corpse in lying in the dark, but with a different Oder. One thing, to point out is that no matter where you are in life, rock bottom or top of the pile you need to face and embrace it, that's the case with lead. Not going to bore you, it's scripted good, but the director lost vision and added the typical Bollywood love scene. Jacky makes a good comeback. And that's that. Caio

    Its a clean family film

I went to watch #Mitron without any expectation, but came out of the theater feeling completely relaxed n entertained. It is a clean family film by #nitinkakkar. It is also funny, sensible n emotional. The father-child relationship is well depicted. The film clearly shows how every father underestimates his child's potential. The hero's character is not a stud, in fact he is good for nothing, yet he makes an impression. Heroine #kritikakamra makes a successful transition from television to the big screen. Hope to see her more often. Good performances, simple dialogues n authentic locations are the plus points. Rating 3/5.

    well-made movie

The performances shine bright in amidst a story that is simply fine, but not overly-memorable. It has a good deal of heart, some individual scenes are well written and executed. The comedy really hits the mark and blend well with the movie. The first half has a slightly different vibe as it introduces our protagonist and get them to know each other. The second half is very enjoyable, with good humor, drama, comedy and most of all with message to parents out there. The actors chosen in this movie are great choices: Kritika Kamra is really good, she is both elegant and confident in her performance. Jacky Bhagnanis does justice to his character as well. The secondary cast are all amazing. The camera work is very good and the music complements the scenes very well. There is generally a lot to like about the film.

Overall Indian cinema needs such movies...

My 8 star rating is sheerly for the writer, director, cinematographer and kritika kamra... Already a star n one of the loved actress on small screen... She knows it how to capture the silver screen too.. Had it been the actor would be good choice , this movie was supposed to make buisness.. not a single frame could bring out any acting from this man... Even his expressions and confused looks are so stale and meaningless... I really feel sorry for the production team n director who invested in this movie... Bollywood you really need to come up with such meaningful movies.. 🙌

    Very Inspiring and Motivating movie

This movie is awesome without lead actors. In fact I hate stars I like mediocre or startup actors. Movie feels like real. It has ups and downs in life. But one think i like so much is that it gives a big message like whatever your heart feels you should work in that field irrespective of if you make money or not. You may face failure initially but later you will definitely taste the fruit of success.
