This is wince inspiring tripe. Horrible actors who can't read or deliver their lines with any authenticity or skill. Horrible script. Horribly cast-especially Henry--What a joke! The queens were almost all miscast-Anne B had dark hair, not blonde. Catherine H had blonde hair not dark. The actor who played the last wife Katherine Parr incorrectly has a foreign accent when Ann of Cleves and Katherine of Aragon are the only 2 wives who were foreign born and should have had accents. The messy hair? The amateur graphics? The terrible screen transitions? I can't. This was like a video submission for some lame summer camp film fest contest from an eighth grade self taught Tudor geek!! Clearly the producer/director/writer of this is a Tudor fan, but, really?? She should be embarrassed to attach her name to this. This would be career harming, not helping work. But I guess after spending so much(?) money on it she felt she had to "release" it. Our loss- those of us who watched it (I fast-forwarded through it.) The only things that were palatable was the just so-so wardrobe, and, the facts seemed correct. But overall, what an incredible waste of time. A cringe worthy and embarrassing POS.... but worth an incredulous laugh if you have absolutely nothing else to do. Writing this review is a public service to those who might be tempted--DON'T BOTHER! Unless of course you have to see for yourself just how bad this really is!
