    Moamaye doctor

I was thrilled to watch a series on the great Shah of Iran but I was disappointed. In the first episode we get to meet Reza Khan and that too was not detailed in fact we jump to a doctor and his family who appear in every episode for more than 25 minutes and Shah has only 10 min left. Then there is no insight if Shah's family. We see his friend Earnest more than the Shah's family. However the Pehlvi dynasty is a long chapter and it would've taken many season to achieve that goal. Hossein Noorali acted fine and looked just as Muhammad Reza. The Iranian Conservative society did not swallowed this great serial but its a top notch for the people of the world. It would have been a masterpiece if they focused on Shah and his life.

If the director had a proper thought of the script he wouldn't have definitely removed the supported cast which were the main focus of his camera.

Secondly it wasn't supposed to be spoiled by the stupid characters of Viziry family.

A very good review of the dictatorship of shah

It's very good historicaly, but cinematically it could be better.

This is a very good portrait of the dictatorship of Reza Shah pahlavi and his son Mohammad Reza Shah pahlavi both dictators that harmed Iranian people and lost lost Iranian soil to enemies of the country.

I know when times go by, memory fades, naturaly, but the world and history will never forget and forgive those who betrayed their country, for money.

Thank God, both of these kings now are rotting in hell, and soon their idiot son, Reza Pahlavi will join them.

It is important for the younv people to know the history of their land, and learn from it, instead of repeating it.

The world's biggest lie and distortion of history

Both Reza Shah and Mohammad Reza Shah were very great and good men and spent all their time in rebuilding Iran, eradicating poverty, building the largest airline company in Asia, Homa, building railways, building universities, and building national companies. Mohammad Reza Shah created the OPEC organization and made Iran the strongest economy in the world and made Iran's army the fifth in the world until the occupying government of the Islamic Republic came and occupied Iran and destroyed Iran, and now they are making a movie like this to destroy the great kings of Iran. . Reza Shah Kabir and Mohammad Reza Shah Kabir were two of the best, purest and kindest kings of Iran. They always have a place in the hearts of Iranian people.

A biased review of Shah's regime (duh)

The plot and the story are -predictably- biased and wrong in many ways. The cast are talented, but the narrative ruins everything. And even though the story is supposed to focus on Shah, the royal family has little screen time compared to other characters as a whole.

Lie lie lie the biggest lie ever!!!

Even after four decades of his death they still won't support his works and the rights he brought during his reign. Muhammad Reza Shah was truly a great man despite the three mistakes he did. One was to change the countries calender ,second reigning when he saw abrupt in the nation, third foreign interference in his rule.

History always is the truth and Iranians unfortunately cannot change the History. It tells us exactly what the heartless Iranians did to the Shah. No country ever abandons its citizens like that apart from that and all the injustice that happened with them they still won't admit what wrong they did. This series is the proof that they still haven't accepted the truth and still consider the good as the bad. Completely false and not authentic. In this series the pauper on the street is shown better than the king. Its completely based on the efforts (based on a perspective of a extremist Iranian scholar rather than the one's who do ruling) of the spiritual leaders so called efforts that they did to get rid off the modern Iran and alliances with foreign countries. Very very disappointed. Its a lie people. Instead go on and read history which will tells us the truth about what really happened.
