I mean, I'm an elder millennial white female so I'm sure that's why I can relate so much. I love that she gets real and turns it funny. She's also so animated an not afraid to make fun of herself. If you are against lipstick feminism, this wouldn't be your thing but it's totally mine.
I was walking into that thinking..uhh feminist humor or whatever it's not for me.
But i had a smile on my face the whole time.
Very funny jokes, amazing stage presence.
The hashtags and stuff that pop up on the screen every few minutes is a little distracting i think i might have OCD i coudn't not look at it when it came on the screen.
There is a few moments who kinda kill the funny vibe a bit, like general empowering lines we heard a million times. She gets all serious sometimes and say stuff like "Remember you are perfect, no means no etc.." not that it's not important to say but it killed a bit of the funny mood for me.
Really breaks the stigma that chicks aren't funny she is hilarious. Intelligent humor not bad jokes for an hour. And yeah it's feminist but she dosen't humiliate men for cheap "Yass queen" moments it's good to laugh at yourself watching this as a dude.

I laughed out loud several times and what more could you want? And to everybody talking about 'not being able to relate'; I am female but that doesn't mean I didn't laugh at Bernie Mac talking about giving his girl the D... comedy is funny or not and Iliza is funny.
This lass is hilarious. If you don't like it you really don't know what stand up is. I've not seen a decent Stand Up comedian on Netflix in a while. Unless we're counting Richard Pryor. Ilizia is hitting that bar he set one many fail to reach. Not only is she reaching it she's doing pull ups on it, limboing underneath it, sleeping on top of it, keeping it polished, tap dancing on it, painting watercolours of it... You get the picture. I wrote this around a third of the way through.
Binging comedy on NetFlix. Most comedians are boring. Not Iliza. I liked her. Sure, the show starts slowly. She does not have the speed of Jen Kirkman, but she is still good. And her observations are quite obvious, without being the Seinfeld type of socks going in pairs joke.
