I thoroughly enjoyed this movie despite what others said about probating the will, etc. Enjoy is for what it is. A movie about love, kindness, and caring. Yes, typical Hallmark but that's what I love about Hallmark.
Though not as irritating as Movie 2 was still crazily unrealistic. A disappointment after a promising start in Movie 1.
As other reviews highlighted, a little bit of research into probate law could have at least added a little authenticity.

The B&B, Emily's country Inn, has been open for a year and Jenny is looking forward to being a fall bride. The couple has a unique way of making wedding decisions...as in Ricky the goat picks their wedding invitations and Brian sets out to build his bride a gazebo. Jenny has invited most of the town to share the joy of their wedding/union.
"I bake it, you sell it."-Jenny to Brian
The usual cast of characters are back...the coffee shop owner-Casey, the general store owner-Tommy, Brian's friend and former coworker-Harry, our blogger and B&B reviewer-Susan, the town staple-Vern, next door neighbor-Alice and the goats (although the kids got a swap out and what happened to the singing tow truck driver, I thought he might perform at the wedding?).
Brian reconnects with his estranged father...and Jenny finds out she has a long lost cousin, Meg, who is in town to claim 1/3 of the B&B which Brian and Jenny can't afford. With their pending wedding, they might be forced to sell the inn.
"We may lose the house, but it is the memories that we keep."-Brian
"You do know you can take the sunset with you."-Brian
This was a beautiful conclusion of Hallmark's All of My Heart series. (Although I am secretly hoping we will get to see them with actual kids, not the goat kind.)

I loved all three of the movies and I'm right now watching the wedding one for probably the fourth time! What I find amusing is Gabby keeps having kids but there is no daddy goat In sight!!!
The 'All of My Heart' series continues for Hallmark, with this 'wedding themed' third film.
I thought the second one created silly reasons for trying to create a wedge between the characters that obviously would be resolved in the end, so this one worked much better for me.
Yes, the legal side probably doesn't hold up to much scrutiny, but there's so much fun in watching Elliot and Chabert interact.
They should probably stop at three though.

- GoofsMeg claims 1/3 of the value of the property & proceeds to do her own assessment. She claims to have been fair, & later says the house is not increasing in value, but, even if she is entitled to a third of the estate, she is only entitled to 1/3 the value of the property at the time of Emily's death, not the current value following all the improvements Jenny & Brian have made.
