This is a one trick pony. It imagines that cell phones and modern technology will be turning us all into lemmings. There will be no more social interaction or concern for our fellow human beings. Just too simplistic to make much of a point.

The alternate audio is so melodramatic that ends being ridiculous, almost as if it was some sort of sarcastic parody. If you believe the original music video was way too heavy-handed, the cheesy sad music used here takes the heavy-handed aspect to a whole new level.
