Murder RX

Everything about this movie is bad bad bad. The acting, script writing, the plot is so obvious you can see what is coming before it happens. The worst though is the acting, is is beyond the pale.

"Murder RX" (2020) begins with the feel of a decent, entertaining film about a single mom, well educated and professional manner, - aptly played by Ana Alexander - raising her somewhat troubled high school daughter, aptly played by Naomi Grossman. It seem daddy has run off, leaving the two to struggled in an unappealing urban setting.

To seek a fresh start, mom moved the family to a suburban community, where mom finds work as a doctor's assistant. Dr. Rivera, played by Damian Castro, is apparently involved in a prescription drug scheme, or so it seems.

The deama unfolds as mom, daughter, other high school friends, Dr. Rivera, and local law enforcement weave dramatic crime thriller.

The issue I have is the amateurish acting and directing. It's worse than I've seen in a long time; indeed, even Hallmark's worse-made films could not natch this one, with its weak storyline and cliche denouncement. This is one to avoid.

Nice job all !! Easy to follow and well written. The ending was not expected... exciting and suspenseful. Cant wait to see what the future holds from this young production company.

The acting is so bad it could be a comedy! But not all the blame should be on the acting the directing, production right down to the sound.. of a echoing voices ect... just awful! I do appreciate they're trying to address opioid issues in small towns but this was really terrible! Only watched because I couldn't sleep and kind of fascinated with how bad is.

Yeah its B movie, low budget. but some decent performance. but have many or some flaws which makes like wtf... but anyhow... good to watch
