This was another very good installment in this series. One nice touch that Lifetime has in this series is each movie is a little different from its predecessors. They're not following a template but modifying it each time to make it have new interesting angles, twists and turns.
The alter ego with the tropical shirt and the tropical drink was a nice change of pace, much better than when gazoo came on the Flintstones. The musical/dancing scene in this movie was just hilarious. I utterly laughed out loud at that. So brilliantly juxtaposed against the dark theme of the movie.
They did a nice job explaining the transition from the first movie to this one, although they bypassed what happened in the second movie.
Eric Roberts continues to shine in this role. I look forward to watching the next two movies.
ABOUT MY REVIEWS:
I do not include a synopsis of the film/show -- you can get that anywhere and that does not constitute a meaningful review -- but rather my thoughts and feelings on the film that hopefully will be informative to you in deciding whether to invest 90-180 minutes of your life on it.
My scale: 1-5 decreasing degrees of "terrible", with 5 being "mediocre" 6- OK. Generally held my interest OR had reasonable cast and/or cinematography, might watch it again 7 - Good. My default rating for a movie I liked enough to watch again, but didn't rise to the upper echelons 8- Very Good. Would watch again and recommend to others 9- Outstanding. Would watch over and over; top 10% of my ratings 10 - A Classic. (Less than 2% receive this rating). For Lifetime Movies for Chicks (LMFC), drop the above scale by 3 notches. A 6 is excellent and 7 almost unattainable.

It's ridiculously bad but I feel like it's maybe on purpose? Eric Roberts and his "double" is absolutely ridiculous. He also struggles with his dentures the whole time, any time he speaks that was all I could hear. Seemed like he just got fitted for them or something and couldn't figure out how to speak without sounding like he had a mouth full of cotton lol.
I don't care what the critics say I actually like those cheesy Stalked by my Doctor movies..I am kind of excited to see this new one ..
I dont get the bad reviews. This is 100% tongue-in-cheek. A mixture of drama, romance and most definitely wacky humour. I loved this. I was entertained throughout..
Each sequel is better then the one before. This one Dr. Beck has a alter ego conscience that speaks to him who is hilarious 😂 10 Rate easy

- TriviaEric Roberts provided his own Hawaiian shirts and pre mixed cocktails while acting as Dr Becks alter ego.
- GoofsWhen Sophie was shown putting the corpse in the driver's seat of her car in the alley - as Melissa was telling Beck how she and Sophie had set him up, the corpse was flexible and easily bending in a sitting position as a living person's body would be. But in actuality, the corpse would be too stiff by that time from the embalming fluid to be put in a sitting position in the driver's seat.
