A first version of the film was shown in Montreal at the historic Rialto Theater, in collaboration with the Business Professional Women association. A 30 minute cut of the film was screened and a Q&A session with the director followed. Several costumes from the film and from the costume house that inspired the story were also on display throughout the theater.
