Michael Yo: Blasian

Yo has a great way of relating his comedy and life to us that makes us laugh and cry and laugh again. He will get you laughing with your legs crossed and then tell a story so sweet and special that tears will well in your eyes. I got my first real taste on America's Got Talent, went looking for all I could find of Michael Yo and Blasian did not disappoint! If, like me, you are looking to laugh as much as possible during this pandemic, follow Michael Yo and pick up his special Blasian!

Michael Yo is likeable enough to some, but not funny. He's another Brendan Schaub as far as I can tell. Nice enough at first so people tolerate him, but clearly has no business doing stand up. Getting ripped by Chelsea Handler at the round table is hardly enough experience. Every other comic she invited on was far and away funnier than him by a Longshot.

This new trend of comedians friends getting on stage is more of a joke than the comedy itself. Jo Koy hits the Nail on the head, while Michael Yo's feeble attempts to relate to the audience through the lens of immigrant parents comes off as forced and labored. He adds nothing new or nuanced to the conversation.

I've always loved his personality from seeing him on the Wendy Williams show. I saw him recently as a cohost when Wendy was out due to her injury/illness and at the end of the show they mentioned he had a comedy show called Blasian. I looked it up and found it on prime videos. It was hilarious!!! He was so funny from start to finish. He told a story and it was not only entertaining but heart warming. I laughed and cried (yea I'm a B**ch just like him and his father lol - you will understand this joke after you watch). I will definitely be recommending this to my family and my friends. As Wendy says, he is definitely a friend in my head. He seems like the kind of friend you always want to be around and talk to often because of his positive energy! In addition, he had a beautiful that it's obvious he loves and cherish. Check out the show, you won't regret it. I hope to see another stand up from him soon!
