A grossly inaccurate version of history which over glorified the Marathas and villainize's the Muslims.

The over acting by the actors to desperately attempt to make an impact on the audience only adds insult to injury.

I will never understand how Arjun Kapoor gets movies... He can destroy a movie single-handedly with his boring expressions. Totally miscast.

This was not expected from Mr. Ashutosh Gowarikar to distort the historical facts. Why is that so problematic to show the correct history? Why trying to give false narratives?

Its just not possible for a good movie to look so bad just because of one casting mistake. But in this case, that is ironically true. The movie is otherwise really good: but casting Arjun Kapoor was such a disaster that it quite honestly ruined the movie entirely.

And its not Arjun's fault either, he went above and beyond his final limits as an actor but he just doesn't have it in terms of either the acting ability or the charisma to fulfil this kind of larger than life role, period! In my view, this single casting mistake destroyed the whole movie. It's quite unbelievable that casting one bad actor can have such a negative impact on a movie, but its just true in this case. No matter how critically you try to review this movie, every single time you will come to the same conclusion that Arjun Kapoor is the single biggest thing wrong with this movie.

If only they had cast a good actor for this role, this movie would have been really good. I just cannot fathom that a director like Ashutosh Gowariker can make such an obvious mistake.

Arjun Kapoor a very poor choice for this role on other hand sanjay Dutt was a good choice but director didn't make most from his character. Throughout fight Abdali force were being killed but at the end suddenly they won the battle. Direction and effects were not even upto the mark.
