The Script is brilliant. The screenplay could have been better. The second half is better. Ranaut's performance in the second is way more convincing. Rao doesn't have much to do.
The film tries to point out the difference between being criminally minded and being mentally ill. Mental ill can be empathetic and loving.
U can criticize #JudgementallHaiKya but u definitely cant ignore it. Hats off to plucky producers #ektakapoor n #shaileshrsingh for narrating a story which no other mainstream film would dare to. Girl is supposed to be mental. She visualizes situations n characters that exist only in her insane head. Boy is her tenant, hes well behaved n hes happily married. So whys girl stalking boy? Why does she feel that hes upto no good? Knockout performances by kangana n rajkummar make this film immensely watchable. Cant wait to see the next venture of director #prakashkovelamudi. Rating 3.5/5.
Acting is commendable they both have lifted their acting skill , a well suited role they have got, but there is problem with other things , movie started quite slow & once its start picking pace its quite predictable in the end so you know the killer before the end.
Why this movie has only 6 rating. I think this movie is has something new concept of ramayan, which is thriller and entertaining. I just loved it.🔥🔥
Wow, this film far surpassed my expectations, and I can't believe it didn't receive the kind of acclaim I surely think now it deserves. First, it is wonderfully whimsical and quirky in both story, style and execution. The production design and setting are excellent, camera work is fantastic and the score is successfully used to enhance the narrative through nicely bizarre electronic sound effects. Even the songs, some of which are quite melodious, are used in place and never take away from the general effect (the title track is superbly fitting). Sadly, the same is not true of the poor dubbing, which is a little amusing considering the main protagonist is actually a dubbing artist herself. The first half adopts an effectively comic tone, and it is really amusing and funny. The second half does become more intense and works more as a dramatic thriller, but the film's eccentricity is preserved all through.
Kangana Ranaut sure knows her stuff and clearly, she has always been the ultimate choice for roles of emotionally or mentally unstable women. Here she is terrific - totally in character with not a single false note. Her eyes and expressions, her tone and delivery, her overall look, are obviously all spot on, but these are the basics; it is her spectacular ability to capture so thoroughly Bobby's weirdness and awkwardness that scores big time. Ultimately, she is both funny and someone you feel for. Rajkummar Rao is also excellent as usual although in the presence of someone as dominant as Ranaut, it's quite a challenge. While predictable, the ending is satisfying. The film's latest portions become an example of a truly stunning combination of background score, strongly expressive photography, and intensely surreal and confusing proceedings. This is indeed the highlight of this excellent cinematic entertainment.
