"Foreign" is the first large scale short film project of Timothy Ross with over 40 people on the set, produced with the portfolio of all contributors in mind and to be submitted to short film festivals. The entire film had a budget of less than $2000 USD and therefore was reliant on dozens of partners and sponsors, supporting the project.
