This is one of the cutest Bollywood movies I have ever seen. The story is entertaining, music is good, characters are engaging, but apart from all of these great features, Vicky Kaushal is the one who blew my mind.
He is to become one of the greatest Bollywood actors. I just couldn't believe this goofy and sweet boy is the same as that sadist from Raman Raghav 2.0. He effortlessly portraits any role he's given, and I really hope to see more and more of him in the future.
"Love Per Square Foot" helmed by Anand Tiwari, a man who wore several hats actor, director, writer, casting director, assistant director etc.
"Love Per Square Foot" is rom-com genre with a slightly different execution. It has a realistic feel, the screenplay is more relatable than our typical Bollywood romantic flicks.
It perfectly articulates the covet of youth to find their dream house in the megacity "Mumbai".
What works wonder here is the amazing cast and their effortless acting, it definitely brings the grins to our faces with the quirky lines and funny situations.
The movie is predictable yet enjoyable. It is a charming flick which must be watched for its wonderful cast and good direction.
However, the runtime should have been a little less, some editing was required as it drags a bit in the middle.

Another examples of no big names and big faces still the movie can be good. The movie picks up its face right from the beginning, the acting were upto par and reflects the current lifestyle of a average man....
Having lived in Mumbai for many years now, its relatable for me to connect with 'Love Per Square Foot'. Mumbai is an expensive metropolis, where every moment is either a way to make fast cash or a missed opportunity. In this fun & breezy Rom-Com, Director Anand Tiwari delivers a story on young people trying to be independent and achieve what most Mumbaikars can't afford for themselves -- a home owned by them!
'Love Per Square Foot' Synopsis: Individually, Sanjay and Karina don't earn enough to be able to buy a home, so they enter into a marriage of convenience.
'Love Per Square Foot' is a cute film, that has its heart at the right place. Having said that, the Writing isn't always engaging. Tiwari & Sumeet Vyas's Screenplay gives some interesting characters, but the story flows in a slow manner & never reaches a pinnacle in terms of Writing. Its a simple story, told with a subtle attitude & for the most of it, it works. BUT, the Writing doesn't go beyond its premise & that at times, hampers its impact overall. The Dialogue, however, are natural to the core. Tiwari's Direction is good & the man captures Mumbai with love. Cinematography & Editing are standard. Sohail Sen & Anand Bajpai's Score is average.
Performance-Wise: Vicky Kaushal wins you over with a delightful act. The supremely talented actor portrays his part with effortless ease. Angira Dhar is also a welcome new addition to the Hindi Film Industry. The actress is confident & charming. Alankrita Sahai is feisty. Kunaal Roy Kapur is as usual. Ratna Pathak Shah & Supriya Pathak are simply outstanding, yet again. Ratna is flawless as Angira's moody Christian Mother, while Supriya plays the Hindu Maa to perfection. Raghubir Yadav is efficient, as always. Arunoday Singh is adequate. Gajraj Rao is superb. Brijendra Kala is fantastic in a brief role.
On the whole, 'Love Per Square Foot' is a breezy, undemanding watch.

Definitely one of the most unique and sweet romcoms in India recently. It's Cliched at Some Points But Also The Direction Feels Really Fresh.
Angira Dhar And Vicky kaushal makes a Great Pair And Chemistry they share is Great. This Movie Tries To avoid Bollywood's Cliches And Suceeds Mostly With Few Misses Somewhere Between. The Supporting Cast Is Amazing and Pathak Sisters are Amazing together in the scenes they share. There's a twist in the End which is fairly Predictable But it's Hardly an issue, although It seemed a little too stretched toward the climax. All in All,it's really enjoyable and a fairly Entertaining Movie Which Leaves you with a Smile In The End.
Also, There's a Surprise Cameo in the End From a Fan Favorite Bollywood Star.
