Trivia
It took almost 2 years to complete the production work, having around 10 schedules of shoot. Initial schedules were shot across scenic slopes of Ooty, Doddabetta. Later schedules were taken across Shimoga in Karnataka, Wayanad in Kerala to resemble the backdrop that was set in earlier schedules of Ooty.

Goofs
Muthu (Mahendran) and Kumaran who oppose Kariappa (Srinivas Rao) are put in the prison and brings out the truth by waging a struggle against the criminals in the courts. In this entire satire, everyone who is related to the community have screen presence but the second lead Kumaran's love Aishwarya is not seen anywhere throughout the run-time.

Alternate versions
The film's theatrical version has undergone several cuts. However, in the digital and DVD versions, some scenes from the first half of the film have also been added. These scenes are everywhere available, but the previous theatrical print is not available anywhere, even on the Internet or DVD.
