Michael O'Neill's character is running the lawsuit against Nic Nevin and other doctors at Chastain for wrongful death. Michael O'Neill previously played Gary Clark on Grey's Anatomy who brought a gun to SGMW Hospital and shot and killed multiple doctors after his wife died, what he believed was, a wrongful death.

Goofs
During the interview, the Risk Manager said there was no way to know whether or not the drip monitor was set and then changed or just set incorrectly. This is incorrect. For patient safety, and medical regulation compliance, modern drip control systems log multiple data points, including date, time, flow rate setting, and flow rate changes. It would be easy to get the information and see that is was changed about a minute later after being set correctly.
