Lightly Informative; Ho-Hum Overall

(Flash Review)

This had some good insights into pretty much how 'one' Belgian brewery brews their beers and then some tidbits about how they add the fruity character notes to it. It did have some unexpected history of the Belgian region and how it has survived through many wars and battles. I wouldn't really call it a "tour" since it focused on one brewery and its master brewery, who won't call himself that since the ingredients are in control not him. He bucks the modern brewing trend as he doesn't use much science and goes off learned instincts passed down from the generations. I felt the production and specifically the audio quality was a bit lacking. Interesting nonetheless.
