Despite its lovely art style it can bring you to depressing levels you never knew such game could do. Playing the game through the eyes of a college dropout is hard as a lot of times the game imitates the real life social embarrassment.
That until it suddenly turns into a different game. It takes a deep turn to the cult mystery genre. It has some really haunting scenes especially with the perfectly placed soundtrack. Such a shame the last section of the story is so rushed and the ending isn't as satisfying as the beginning of the game.

I have never encountered any piece of media in my entire life that I care about as much as this game. It is beautiful, funny, heartwarming, intelligent, and deeply saddening. The game has a mystery plot, but you don't play it for the plot. You play it for the incredible characters, not just the main four. Every character in this game has its own personality and story. There are so many different things you can do, so many choices you can make, and while it's possible to finish this game without experiencing most of it, you get out of this game what you put in. On my first playthrough, I opted out of a lot of optional content, which lowered my enjoyment of the game. On the second playthrough, however, I took the time to experience this game to its fullest, and I was not disappointed. Truly a one of a kind game. Do yourself a favor and play this.
Game was little slow and boring but soon the game keeps getting interested and intense as the story progresses.
Sounds and music of this game are great and enjoyable.
It would have been good if the conversation between two characters has voice-over instead just of reading the long conversation which was boring.

If you were a fan of story driven games like Life Is Strange (and furry anthros). Then this video game choices matter game is something that is worth giving a try.
Night In The Woods is absolutely an amazing story game which follows our protagonist Mae Borowski living the life returning to Possum Springs. But aside with Mae she is also with her other friends who are also bandmates such as Bae Santello, Gregg Lee and Angus Delaney.
For a simple platform game that has no points to earn or doing something olatfomy thing like Mario. The game focuses on the story so much that it what really makes a work of art and most importantly the game even has the most recognizable characters too. But mostly almost everything in Possum Springs are absolutely interactable too.
But the best part of that this game has is it's minigame called Demontower. Rather having that minigame treated like a simple plain game but it's minigame has absolutely treated like an actual game that I am forgetythe fact it's still Night In The Woods. And the best part that this game it even includes additional two games such as Longest Night and Lost Constellation. But Lost Constellation is my favorite kind of extra game to play with.
But the thing I like the game is the replay value. I couldn't actually sleep the fact that not just I want to know Bae route but even Gregg's route too as well.
This game is something that I would definitely remember on what is like on absolutely great no matter what. And a perfect game for mostly the furry fandom.

This game, Night in The Woods, appears to have every quality and aspect sorted. The animations look spectacular, the story is very intriguing, and the characters pull me in further and further. This game has a great art style and a very good soundtrack. I rate this 8/10 because I think the story is too short and there is not a lot of reason to play the game again. Nonetheless I still enjoyed it. It makes me sad to think that my journey with Mae, Bea, Gregg and Angus is now over. A lovely, inspiring short adventure, like What Remains Of Edith Finch. Thank you for reading.
